Alejandro Amezcua García has been working in the industry since 2015. Alejandro began their career at FRUITS CMR, S.A. as a Category Manager, where they were responsible for managing product programs in the CMR Group and was in direct contact with suppliers from five continents to define programs that would lead to the best results. Alejandro also worked as a Key Account Manager Jr., where they supported the director of Import-Export of CMR Group in developing the company's main accounts, maintaining contact with fresh product suppliers around the world, supervising import processes and managing the back-office that allowed them to successfully complete campaigns. Additionally, they produced statistical studies, results reports and market reports. Alejandro also completed an internship in Auxiliary Logistics. In 2019, they joined Loyal Guru as a Customer Success Manager, where they help supermarkets achieve the best results through the company's platform. Alejandro supports them in a daily basis through the analysis of their data and their strategic situation, also implementing the best practices that will help them grow their active customers base, increase the annual spend of loyal customers and above all, achieve the best customer retention rates through personalized coupons and smart loyalty programs.

Alejandro Amezcua García has a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In 2019, they completed a Programa ThepowerMBA from ThePower Business School in Business Expert - Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Alejandro also obtained a ThePowerMBA certification from ThePowerMBA in March 2020.
