Sofia Lucrecia Herrera has been working in the tech industry since 2016. Sofia Lucrecia began their career as a CX representative at Mercado Libre, where they were responsible for preventing fraud in the largest E-Commerce of Latin America. In 2017, they moved to BASF as a Logistics Intern, managing low-risk quotes and tenders with local and international suppliers, as well as generating reports and analysis in Excel. In 2018, they joined Oracle as a Solutions Engineer, talking with clients to discover their pains and needs and preparing custom demos and presentations of products that could solve their issues. Currently, they are a Presales Engineer at Loyal Guru.

Sofia Lucrecia Herrera has an education history that includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2011 to 2014, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2015 to 2021.
