Cassandra Schmalzl

Cassandra Schmalzl has extensive experience in various roles within the product management and implementation fields. At Loyal, Cassandra currently serves as the Director of Product - Shared Services Platform, where Cassandra implemented an OKR framework for the product team. Prior to this, Cassandra held roles such as Lead Product Manager at Moxe, Sr Product Manager, and Payer Program Manager. During their time at Epic, Cassandra worked as a BFF/ Account Executive in Implementation Services and also held roles as Application Manager and Coordinator. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Wisconsin School of Business with a focus on Information Systems, Management & Human Resources, and a Health Care Management Certificate.
