Dana Voss

Dana Voss currently serves as the Director of Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance at Loyal Source Government Services, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Dana held the role of Vice President of Business Strategy and Optimization at Sierra7, Inc., overseeing project controls and strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency from March 2021 to December 2024. At Cognosante, from August 2013 to March 2021, Dana directed quality and improvement efforts within cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Dana's extensive experience includes positions in various organizations such as Central New Mexico Community College, Nusenda Credit Union, and Wells Fargo, with a focus on project management and process improvement. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Management with a specialization in Project Management and a BS in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, along with an AAS in Fire Science & Emergency Medicine.
