Duc Chung MD

Duc Chung, MD, MBA, FAAHPM, is the Associate Dean of Graduate Medical Education and an Associate Professor of Medicine at California Health Sciences University. Currently serving as the Medical Director for Home Health & Hospice at Trinity Health, they manage end-of-life care with an interdisciplinary team. Duc has held various leadership roles within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including as the Regional Lead for Hospice & Palliative Care, and has contributed to academic medicine as a faculty member at UCSF. With numerous publications and recognitions, including the UCSF Fresno Palliative Care Faculty of the Year awards, Duc is a seasoned expert in hospice and palliative medicine, as well as traumatic brain injury care.
