Erik Bua

Erik Bua, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of FP&A at Loyal Source Government Services since February 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Consultant at Escapology and serving as Director of FP&A at Travel + Leisure Co., where responsibilities encompassed managing significant revenue and EBITDA figures across various global regions. Erik's career began in finance with Lockheed Martin, where tenure included roles ranging from FP&A Manager to senior analyst positions, overseeing financial reporting and analysis for high-revenue lines of business. Prior experience also includes auditing for Berman Hopkins Wright & LaHam CPAs and an internship at Merrill Lynch. Erik holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Florida Institute of Technology.
