Leigh Pace

Leigh Pace serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare Services at Loyal Source since September 2013, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives in a company that specializes in navigating complex procedures for government agencies in healthcare and IT/Engineering solutions. Prior to this role, Leigh held several positions, including Vice President of Sales & Recruitment at Jackson Therapy Partners from May 2006 to August 2013, where responsibilities encompassed business development and operations. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Recruitment for the Travel Therapy Division at World Health from April 2005 to May 2006, and as a Senior National Recruiter at Universal Healthcare Staffing, where the focus was on developing the Travel Therapy Division. Early career roles included an Account Executive position in Per Diem Nursing. Leigh Pace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Florida.
