Lora Loomis

Lora Loomis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce solutions and program management within government services. Currently serving as the Director of Border Services HQ for Loyal Source Government Services since October 2021, Lora Loomis provides leadership on a Department of Homeland Security contract, delivering customized solutions for healthcare contractor operations and humanitarian initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for various Defense Department contracts, as well as corporate internal recruitment. Prior to their tenure at Loyal Source, Lora Loomis held the position of Regional Training Manager at CORA Physical Therapy, overseeing training and development for 110 outpatient facilities across multiple states. Lora Loomis holds an Associate's Degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, along with additional education from various institutions. Security clearance includes DHS Public Trust Access valid until January 2028.
