Stephen M. is an experienced building official with a strong background in issuing building permits and conducting inspections across various property types, including residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial. Currently serving as Building Official II at The Corporation of Loyalist Township since November 2016, Stephen M. has previously held positions as Chief Building Official/By-Law Enforcement Officer at the Town of Smiths Falls and Building Official at the City of Kingston, along with earlier roles as Building Inspector in the City of Iqaluit and as a Combat Engineer with the Canadian Armed Forces.
