Kevin Shea is an accomplished automotive industry professional with extensive experience in fixed operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Fixed Operations Director at Loyalty Automotive since February 2021, Kevin oversees all dealership parts and services operations, mentoring a team of 58 employees to enhance customer retention and profitability. Previously, as Service Director at Loyalty Toyota from January 2016 to January 2021, Kevin focused on developing best practices within the service department. Kevin's background includes significant roles at Volkswagen of America, Inc. and Nissan Motor Corporation, where key achievements involved improving dealer performance through strategic support and incentive programs. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Management, and Economics from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
