Shubham Parmar has been working in the industry since 2016. Shubham began their career as a Marketing Research Intern at Diaspark Inc. During their time there, they were responsible for competitor analysis and research, information profiling and verification, and handling email marketing campaigns. In 2018, they moved to Velmenni, where they took on the role of Sales and Business Development. Currently, they are working at Loyalty Juggernaut, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Lead, Senior Product Specialist, and Product Specialist.

Shubham Parmar completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad in 2019, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Prestige Institute of Engineering Management & Research (PIEMR) in 2016. In 2021, they obtained an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and in 2018 they obtained a Google Adwords certification from Google.
