Rachel Johnson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel most recently worked as the Business Director at Loyalty New Zealand, where they were responsible for managing relationships, financial performance, and value delivery of the Flybuys program. Prior to that, Rachel was an Account Director/Team Leader at IRI, leading a team of consultants and achieving revenue growth across the portfolio. Rachel also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Nielsen, providing analyses and recommendations to key clients. Rachel has also gained experience in sales, marketing, and category development roles at companies such as Campbell Arnott's, Heinz Wattie's, Fonterra Brands, and Lion. Additionally, they have volunteered overseas and played a key role in establishing a luxury travel business in the New Zealand market. Overall, Rachel's experience showcases their expertise in relationship management, data analysis, leadership, and strategic planning.
Rachel Johnson completed their Postgraduate Diploma of Business in Marketing at The University of Auckland from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Home Science from the University of Otago from 1994 to 1997.
