Rob Larsen has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Rob is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Loyalty NZ since January 2021. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Universal Music Group, starting as a Project Manager from August 2012 to June 2014, then progressing to Director of Finance Operations from June 2014 to March 2017, and ultimately serving as the VP of Finance Operations from April 2017 to December 2020. During their time at Universal Music Group, Rob was responsible for executing the company's global finance strategy through transformation projects and overseeing the accounting needs of multiple global business units. Before joining Universal Music Group, Rob worked at Interserve as a Business Analyst from June 2011 to July 2012 and as a Finance Manager from August 2010 to June 2011. Rob started their career at KPMG Sweden as a Manager from August 2007 to May 2010, focusing on clients in the media, gaming, and telecommunications industries. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG New Zealand as an Audit Supervisor from February 2004 to March 2007. With their extensive experience in financial leadership and project management, Rob Larsen has developed a strong foundation in finance operations and strategic planning.

Rob Larsen has a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree from The University of Waikato, obtained between 1995 and 1998. In 2006, they became a Chartered Accountant (CA) after completing their studies at the Professional Accounting School of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Additionally, they hold a Graduate Diploma in Commerce, with a focus on Finance & Accounting, from The University of Auckland, obtained between 2002 and 2003. In 2012, Rob Larsen obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation from BCS - The Chartered Institute for IT, specializing in service design and delivery. Rob also holds the Chartered Accountant certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
