Joel Hausweiler, MBA, currently serves as New Business Manager at Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH since March 2021, focusing on the development and operation of intelligent customer loyalty programs. Prior to this role, Joel was a Senior Consultant at Bauer Aviation Advisory from October 2020 to March 2021, driving commercial activities and business model innovation within the aviation sector. Joel's extensive experience also includes a Senior Consultant position at PROLOGIS, where involvement in various global aviation projects spanned process analysis, project management, and client support. Joel began the professional journey as an intern at time:matters, gaining valuable experience in network integration and quality management. Academically, Joel holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences, as well as a Bilingual Abitur from Mataré Gymnasium Meerbusch.
