AJ Gardiner Jr.

AJ Gardiner Jr. has held several roles in various companies since 2008. AJ began their career as a Store Manager at Men's Wearhouse, where they were promoted to Senior Store Manager (Training and Development) in 2008. In this role, they were responsible for training and developing sales and management teams of 18 stores, achieving sales and rental volume goals, maintaining a shrink rate under 1%, and fostering an environment of providing "World Class Customer Service". In 2019, they became a Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In 2021, they founded Rhode Island Millennial Business Leaders and took on the role of Custom Home Advisor at ADT. Currently, they are an Account Executive at Stonybrook Water Company and a Business Development Manager at LoyaltyLoop.

AJ Gardiner Jr. attended Johnson & Wales University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Marketing. AJ also attended Johnson & Wales University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Marketing/Criminal Justice. In August 2019, they obtained an Insurance Producer Property, Casualty, Heath, Accident or Sickness (Health), Life certification from NPN drukkers.
