Cari Kojima Soto

Cari Kojima Soto, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has significant experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University since January 2013, Cari previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Beyond Meat from August 2017 to March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility at Murad from December 2004 to August 2017. Cari holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and has completed Executive Education in Corporate Social Responsibility at Harvard Business School.
