Eric Hsiao

Eric Hsiao is a skilled professional in the film and media industry with diverse experience in membership, marketing, communications, and content development. Currently serving at The Gotham Film & Media Institute, Eric promotes independent filmmakers and media creators. As a Festival Advisor for Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television, Eric contributes to shaping future storytellers. Additionally, Eric plays a pivotal role as a Features and Shorts Programmer for VC Film Fest, highlighting Asian Pacific cinema. Previously, Eric worked as Director of Content Development at Perfect Storm Entertainment and held various roles within CAPE and United Talent Agency, focusing on diversity initiatives and talent representation. Eric holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU Stern, an MFA in Film Production from NYU Tisch, and a BA in Mass Communications and Sociology from UC Berkeley.
