Alexander Ghanayem currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Loyola Medicine since December 2021. In addition, Alexander holds the position of The Dr. William M. Scholl Professor and Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at Loyola University Chicago, a role undertaken since August 1995. Alexander earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Northwestern University in 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from Benedictine University, obtained in 1985.
