Dawn Vollers

Dawn Vollers, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, NPD-BC, currently serves as Co-Chair of the Federal Advocacy Committee for the Commission for Nurse Reimbursement and a Nurse Innovation Fellow at Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc. Since August 2021, Dawn has held the position of Regional Director for the Center for Professional Practice & Development at Loyola Medicine, while also working as a Nursing Practice & Professional Development Consultant for SHIFT. Past roles include Interim Senior Director at B.E. Smith and Executive Director of the Center for Clinical Education & Professional Practice Development at MultiCare Health System. With extensive experience in clinical education, professional development, and leadership, Dawn has a strong background in developing strategic initiatives to enhance nursing practice and education. Education includes an ongoing Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University, alongside advanced degrees in nursing and English.
