Kathy Shearer

Kathy Shearer possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a career spanning from customer service management to full cycle recruitment within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Loyola Medicine since June 2015, Kathy has held various roles including HR Area Manager and Interim Team Lead. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies to fill challenging vacancies at all levels within the medical center. Prior to Loyola Medicine, Kathy worked as an HR Assistant II at Fullers Service Center and managed customer service at the Bank of Hinsdale. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Concordia University Chicago, completed between 2015 and 2017.
