Kelly Lankin, PhD, MS, RN, CCRN, currently serves as a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist in Regulatory and Policy at Loyola Medicine since March 2024. Lankin has extensive experience in nursing education and clinical practice, including a tenure as a Clinical Nurse Educator at University of Chicago Medicine from March 2013 to March 2024, focusing on the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant. Additionally, Lankin was an Adjunct Faculty member at Northern Illinois University, teaching various nursing courses from January 2023 to January 2024. Early experience includes roles at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and Harper College, as well as a position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Loyola Medicine. Lankin holds a PhD in Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago and both a Master of Science in Nursing Education and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University.
