Terri Holden

Terri Holden, RN, BS, MA, currently serves as the Regional Manager for Employee & Student Health at Loyola Medicine since August 2020. Prior to this role, Terri was the Sr. Manager of Workers Compensation & Safety at Instant Brands, where significant achievements included delivering $2 million in savings and reducing Workers Compensation claims by 60%. Throughout a career at OSRAM SYLVANIA from 2000 to 2015, roles included Head of Corporate Occupational Health & Risk, achieving $4.8 million in savings and notable reductions in claims and lost-time days. Terri’s educational background encompasses a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's in Health Care Administration from National Louis University, along with an Associate degree in Nursing from the College of DuPage.
