Irida Kastrati

Irida Kastrati is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in the field of cancer biology. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Loyola University Chicago since July 2019, Kastrati has also held various roles as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Research Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Northwestern University. Kastrati earned a PhD in Cancer, Women's Health, Toxicology, Estrogen Carcinogenesis, Breast Cancer, Drug Design, and NO signaling from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2004 and 2009, following a BA in Chemistry from the same institution obtained from 2000 to 2003.
