Jeffrey Apa

Jeffrey Apa is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in infrastructure services and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Infrastructure Services at Loyola University Chicago since September 2008, Jeffrey has managed server and data center operations across all four university campuses, overseeing a significant infrastructure that includes over 450 servers and 400 terabytes of storage. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held the position of Manager of Systems Engineering at Kaplan Professional, where responsibilities included building a team to support a data center with over 100 servers. Jeffrey's career began as a Systems Administrator at eLoyalty, where network administration supported more than 1500 users globally. Educationally, Jeffrey holds a BA in History from the University of Illinois Chicago.
