Jim Connon

Jim Connon currently serves as the Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations and Recruiting at Loyola University Chicago, a role commenced in May 2018, focused on enhancing employment and internship opportunities for students and graduates. Prior to this position, Jim Connon worked as a Consultant for an Executive Consultant and Coach, tailoring programs for students at prominent universities. Experience also includes roles at Augustana College, where innovative career development initiatives were implemented, and various sales and account management positions at organizations such as Weblinx, The Creative Edge, InterVarsity Press, Gospel Light Publications, and Lion Hudson Limited, which involved client relationship management and strategic marketing efforts.
