Paula Carney Ph.D.

Paula Carney, PhD, CPCC, ACC, currently serves as a Senior Consultant and Lead Facilitator at Hands On L&D since June 2023, while also holding the position of Director of Research Grants/Scholarship at Loyola University Chicago since 2019. With extensive experience in academia, Paula has been an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University since 2007 and has contributed to various programs related to clinical research and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Associate Director of Research Development at the University of Chicago, Assistant/Associate Provost at Chicago State University, and product development manager at Thomson Learning. Paula holds a PhD in Administrative and Organizational Studies with a focus on Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and multiple degrees and certificates from renowned institutions, highlighting a robust background in education, research, and program development.
