Guest Lecture - Criminology Department at Loyola University Chicago

Susan Ibitz is the CEO of Susan Ibitz Behavior Consulting, specializing in high-performance human behavior training since January 2023. The consultancy focuses on utilizing advanced studies, technology, and science to enhance organizational performance through understanding behavior and persuasion. Additionally, Susan Ibitz has been involved with the Human Behavior Lab as a Human Behavior Hacker and researcher since January 2002, emphasizing the irrational nature of decision-making. As a guest lecturer in the Criminology Department at Loyola University Chicago since April 2016 and a sales trainer at re:work training since January 2020, Susan Ibitz teaches the next generation of sales professionals effective techniques in behavior analysis. Previous involvement with the National Association of Sales Professionals includes contributing to sales strategy for women in sales. Educational qualifications include degrees from Harvard Law School, University College London, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and ongoing studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
