Lincoln Young

Lincoln Young has over 25 years of experience in technical support and systems administration, currently serving as a Senior Client Services Technician at Loyola University Maryland since 2001. In this role, Lincoln provides desktop support for PC and Apple Macintosh clients, as well as mobile device support and A/V systems management. Previously, Lincoln held the position of Systems Administrator at Professional Software Engineering, Inc., focusing on desktop and mobile support for PC systems and Windows account management. Lincoln earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a high school diploma from Suitland High.
