Pat Cassidy

Associate Director, Programs - Center For Community, Service, + Justice at Loyola University Maryland

Pat Cassidy has a diverse background in community service and outreach. They started their career at Saint Peter Claver Parish as an Assistant Director, focusing on service immersion and retreat ministry from 2008 to 2010. They then moved on to the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where they worked as a Program Coordinator from 2010 to 2015. Since 2015, Pat has been with Loyola University Maryland, holding various roles in the Center for Community, Service, and Justice. They started as a Program Coordinator for Messina from 2015 to 2017, then worked as an Assistant Director for Outreach & Advocacy from 2017 to 2018, followed by Assistant Director for Immersion Programs from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Pat is serving as the Associate Director for Programs in the same department.

Pat Cassidy has a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling - Spiritual and Pastoral Care from Loyola University Maryland, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. They also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Spanish from Providence College, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Pat Cassidy has additional certifications in 200HR Yoga Teacher Training from Charm City Yoga, obtained in 2016, as well as Trauma Sensitive / Mindfulness Based Yoga from the Prison Yoga Project, obtained in 2015.
