Phil Wrye has a diverse work experience in various roles within the sports industry. Phil has served as the Associate Director of Game Day Marketing at Loyola University Maryland, where they supported sales, marketing, and promotion of varsity sports programs. Additionally, they assisted in increasing resources through sponsorships and ticket campaigns. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Annapolis Blues FC, overseeing game and event operations. Previously, they held multiple roles at Bowie Baysox, including Assistant General Manager/Director of Marketing & Promotions, Director of Marketing & Promotions, Assistant Director of Marketing & Promotions, and Inside Sales Account Executive. Phil successfully executed over 100 events annually and developed marketing plans to maximize exposure and sales. Earlier in their career, they served as the Assistant Director of Admission at Southern New Hampshire University, where they directed recruitment strategies and represented the university at college fairs and high schools.
