Serina Phoenix

Serina Phoenix is a seasoned professional in development and program management with extensive experience in nonprofit and strategic philanthropy. Currently serving as a Development Officer at Loyola University New Orleans since September 2025, Serina previously held positions at Tulane University as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager. As the owner of STP Consulting LLC from July 2018 to January 2023, Serina designed and implemented marketing strategies for various entities while providing valuable external perspectives on internal challenges. Earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman of the Board at First NBC Bank, where Serina improved banking processes and supported key stakeholders, and as the Director of Marketing & Events at the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, where Serina enhanced brand promotions and event coordination. Serina holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans, a Nonprofit and Strategic Philanthropy Management Certificate from Tulane University, and a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans.
