Daniel Mallery

Daniel Mallery is an accomplished attorney specializing in intellectual property law, particularly in patent prosecution. Currently a partner at Loza & Loza, LLP since January 2016, Daniel previously operated solo from 2000 to January 2016 while also engaging with various law firms. Prior to entering the legal field, Daniel worked as a software engineer and electromagnetic analyst at TRW from 1983 to 1988. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree in Patent Law from The George Washington University Law School and a Master of Science in Physics from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA.
