Samantha Markley

Samantha Markley is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property law, currently practicing at Loza & Loza LLP since April 2017. Prior to this role, Markley worked as an associate at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP from September 2013 to April 2017 and served as a summer associate at the same firm in 2012. Markley’s expertise includes drafting patent and trademark licensing agreements, conducting legal research, managing intellectual property portfolios, investigating infringement issues, and representing clients in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings.
