Fabiola Rivera

Fabiola Rivera is currently a Partner at Lozano Smith, having advanced from the role of Senior Counsel from 2019 to 2022. Previously, Fabiola served as a Partner and Senior Counsel at Orbach Huff Suarez & Henderson LLP, and began their legal career as an Associate at the Law Office of David J. Duchrow and as a Law Clerk for the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund. Fabiola also held positions as an Office Manager for the Office of the Governor, State of California, and as a Research Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Los Angeles, followed by a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
