Lucille Reese

Lucille Reese has over two decades of experience in information systems and technical support, currently serving as an Information Systems Sales Helpdesk Specialist at Lozier Corporation since November 2002, where responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware. Previously, Lucille worked at ConAgra Foods as an Insurance Loss & Control Administrative Assistant from June 1992 to November 2002. Lucille holds an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Metropolitan Community College, earned between 2005 and 2007, and has also provided second-level support for escalated user issues in the role of IS Client Support Associate.
