Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Senior Engineer at M and e design services meds from July 1994 to November 1998. Earlier in Neil's career, significant experience was gained as a Senior Design Engineer at How group from October 1986 to July 1994 and as an Apprentice and Engineer at BENHAM BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED from July 1981 to October 1986.
