Kathereen Shinkai

Kathereen Shinkai is a highly experienced civil engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal and Director of Civil Engineering at LPA, Inc. since April 2009, Kathereen has held multiple leadership roles in their current organization, including Associate Principal and Associate Director of Civil Engineering. Prior experience includes significant positions such as Southern California Manager for Land Development at CH2M HILL and Land Development Group Manager at Jacobs Carter Burgess. Kathereen started their career with roles at TRC Companies, Inc. as Director of Land Development and as a Project Engineer at Tetra Tech.
