Chris Kelly, AIA, is an accomplished architect with 25 years of experience specializing in high-density residential architecture. Currently serving as Vice President at LPAS Architecture + Design since September 2013, Chris focuses on the design and development of large-scale affordable and market-rate apartment projects in the Sacramento region and the Bay Area, utilizing Building Information Modeling software. Prior experience includes roles as Architect at Bassenian Lagoni Architects, where Chris produced construction documents for apartment buildings, and at Camp Pendleton, overseeing construction projects valued at over $2 billion as part of the Marine Corps' 'Growth the Force' initiative. Chris also held the position of Senior Project Manager at KTGY Group, Inc., guiding projects from planning through construction, and was an Associate at Raymond Fox & Associates, focusing on the documentation for rehabilitation clinics. Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and participated in an International Study Program in Architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark.
