Currently serving as the Director of Card Business Center at LPBank since March 2024, Ngoc Anh is responsible for enhancing card organization and strategy, leading new business initiatives, and mentoring high-level executives. Prior to this role, Ngoc Anh held positions at Techcombank and Vietinbank, including Head of Mass Segment in Personal Finance Services and Deputy Head of Marketing in Retail Banking. Ngoc Anh possesses a strong educational background with an MBA in International Marketing from the European School of Business in Germany and a BA in International Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.
