Previously, Don served as an Advisor at Allmerica Financial, providing financial consulting on retirement and college planning, and spent a decade as Vice President of Conway Financial Advisors, where expertise in financial planning was developed. Don holds an MBA in Finance & Economics from USC Marshall School of Business and a BBA in Finance & Economics from Loyola Marymount University.
