Vicky Rivera has extensive experience in operations and financial management, beginning with roles as a Teller at Bank of America and a Payroll Processor & Bookkeeper at A. Shah and Associates. Subsequently, Vicky served as an Operations Manager at VRA Insurance Agency under Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities included assessing client needs and enhancing operational efficiency. In addition, Vicky worked as an Agency Business Consultant for S Koshy Insurance Agency, leveraging over eight years of experience within the Farmers organization to mentor agents on successful business practices.
