Wayne Bloom

Wayne Bloom serves as Managing Director of LPL Financial and Chief Executive Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Commonwealth Financial Network.

A member of the LPL Management Committee, Mr. Bloom joined the company in 2025 upon LPL’s acquisition of Commonwealth. He began his career at Commonwealth in 1989, and has held a variety of senior leader roles across all facets of the firm before becoming CEO in 2009.

Mr. Bloom earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Northeastern University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program. He is on the board for Commonwealth Cares and Old Colony YMCA, and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.
