Felix Roux

Felix Roux is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management, currently serving as the Sr. Assistant General Manager at LPM Restaurant & Bar since March 2021. Previous roles include Le Cap restaurant manager at Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, a Four Seasons Hotel, and F&B training manager at Paramount Hotel Dubai. Felix also held positions such as F&B Director Assistant at The Brando, restaurant manager at PONANT, and several restaurant management roles in prestigious establishments like Pullman Hotels & Resorts and two Michelin-starred Restaurant Richard et Christopher Coutanceau. Felix holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel Switzerland and has foundational education in Physics and Chemistry from Lycée Genevieve Anthonioz De Gaulle.
