Nicolas Budzynski

Nicolas Budzynski has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Nicolas has held various management positions in several renowned companies. Nicolas started their career as an intern at Brasserie Perrier and later worked as an intern at Lenôtre. Nicolas then joined Jumeirah Restaurants LLC, where they had roles as a Management Trainee, Project Coordinator, and Outlet Manager. After that, they worked at Fauchon - Paris Group / Food Vision as a Brand Operations Manager. Nicolas then joined International Hotels Establishment as the Director of Restaurant Operations and later became the General Manager of Bushido restaurant & lounge. Following this, they worked at ZUMA Restaurants as a General Manager in various locations and as the Operations Director - Asia. Before their current role as Chief Executive Officer at LPM Restaurant & Bar, they worked as a Hospitality Consultant at n+b hospitality consulting. Throughout their career, Nicolas Budzynski has demonstrated their ability to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Nicolas Budzynski completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Institut Lyfe (Ex-Institut Paul Bocuse) from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they also obtained another Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 2005 to 2006. Before that, they earned their High School Diploma from Garnet Valley High School in 2003. Prior to entering high school, Nicolas Budzynski studied at Lycee Alain Renee Lesage, where they completed their Bacalaureat in Accounting and Business/Management from 1999 to 2002.
