Nan Johnson

Nan Johnson is currently the Head of People and Culture at LPPA Pensions, a position held since 2024. They previously served as HR Business Partner at the same organization and held various HR roles, including HR Manager at High Access Maintenance Limited and Head of Human Resources at Avalon Funeral Plans. With a solid foundation in Retail Marketing and HR Management, Nan earned a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University and completed CIPD qualifications at South Trafford College and ICS Learn. Their extensive experience spans over two decades in people management and organizational culture development.
