Mia Zulfiana

Mia Zulfiana is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and performance oversight, currently serving as a Halal Partner Performance Officer and previously as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at LPPOM MUI since October 2018. Prior to this role, Mia worked as an Inbound Contact Officer at PT. VADS Indonesia, handling Nestle Consumer Services from November 2017 to August 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as Enumerator for both Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi Banten and Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi DKI Jakarta in mid-2017. Mia holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutritionist from Universitas Binawan, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a Diploma III in Gizi from Poltekkes Jakarta 2, obtained in 2017.
