Erica Cheng

Erica Cheng currently serves as AVP of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Lenovo PCCW Solutions, leading a team of 40 in modernizing data platforms and developing cloud-based applications. Previous experience includes roles as Data Architect, where Erica designed and implemented cloud-native data mesh solutions, and BI Engineer at Amazon, providing analytics support using AWS tools. Earlier positions include Senior Manager at Walmart, where Erica led the design and implementation of a data lake, and Manager roles at Pingan Real Estate and JLL, focusing on retail asset management and consultancy. Erica holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature/Anthropology from Sun Yat-sen University, complemented by an exchange program in Mathematics at UCLA.
