Global Project Lead at LPW Training Services

Kate B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kate started their career in 2002 as a Hospital Specialist at Lundbeck and later worked as an HIV-Hospital Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim. In 2006, they became a UK Product Manager at IMS Health and then transitioned to an International Product Manager role at DJO in 2008.

In 2009, Kate joined BTG where they held multiple positions, including Global Product Specialist and Training Manager and Global Product Manager and Training Partner. Kate worked there until 2014.

After a brief break, Kate joined Motability Operations Ltd in 2017 as an Associate Trainer, responsible for sales and aftersales training for car dealerships. In the same year, they also became a Global Project Lead at LPW Training Services, leading various global system implementations.

In 2019, Kate's role at Motability Operations Ltd ended, and they continued their work with LPW Training Services as an Instructional Designer for micro video CRM series and global reference guide.

Most recently, in 2021, Kate joined Alicom Global as a Change Management Specialist.

Overall, Kate has gained expertise in program management, instructional design, global system implementations, and sales and aftersales training throughout their career.

Kate B. has a diverse educational background. In 1994-1997, they attended Loughborough University, where they obtained a BA (hons) degree in Politics with Social Policy. Later, in 1998-2000, they attended the University of Hull and earned a DipSW/MA in Social Work.

Fast-forward to 2006, they pursued a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.

In more recent years, they attended Reed Business School - CIPD in 2016-2017 and earned a Certificate in Learning & Development Qualification, specializing in Learning and Development. Additionally, in the same year, they attended IlM and obtained an IlM coaching award for Business Coaching.

Lastly, in 2015-2016, they completed a Postgrad Digital Marketing program at the Digital Marketing Institute, focusing on Digital Marketing.
