Allison Frain

Allison Frain is an experienced Talent Analyst and Recruiter currently working at LevelUP since June 2022, where responsibilities include driving end-to-end recruitment and HR strategies to connect professionals with leading companies. Prior experience includes a role as Social Media Manager at The Strategy House from May to September 2021 and an internship at DXagency as a Data Analytics Intern in the summer of 2019. In the internship, tasks involved data analysis of client social media performance using Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics, as well as compiling insights for client proposals. Allison holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, completed in 2022.
