Jessica Mcevoy

Jessica McEvoy is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate industry, having worked at LandQwest Commercial since November 2009. Jessica has previously held the title of Director of Business Development before transitioning to their current role as Associate. Jessica specializes in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation for leasing, purchase, and sale agreements in Southwest Florida. At LandQwest, Jessica is an integral part of the tenant representation team and has worked on accounts such as Aldi, Panera Bread, Darden Restaurants, Starbucks, The TJX Companies (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods), Pollo Tropical, and Burger King. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
